6 Months of Grief Project: Day 119

Friday Night Feelings

This is Day 119 of my #6MonthsOfGrief Project. To learn more about this practice, feel free to visit Day One, where I explain this project in more detail.

It's Friday and I have no evening commitments (as I have had all week). I actually get to just STOP and breathe. This has helped a lot with my emotional grief roller coaster that I have been riding. I got to grocery shop and actually cook a nourishing meal for myself. I am going to (hopefully) get enough sleep tonight. I am remaining hopeful.

Also, my friend pointed out that I have been looking straight into the camera lens a lot more, in my Grief Images. Perhaps it is a shift towards a new power. I hope so.
