6 Months of Grief Project: Day 147

This is Day 147 of my #6MonthsOfGrief Project. To learn more about this practice, feel free to visit Day One, where I explain this project in more detail.

I live in the depths. I miss the surface, where the sun shines on your face and people laugh and don't worry. I live on the bottom of the ocean, where the earth is wet and sticky and deep. I see amazing things down here, but it is also very dark sometimes. I appreciate seeing my fellow mer-people, who are not afraid to swim at this depth. Sometimes one will hold her hand out and pull me up out of the depths, for some time in the sun. I am grateful for those moments.

I am very aware that this project can bring up a lot around yours or other's grief and loss, I will always follow every post with some online grief support resources that have helped me. Please feel free to let me know of online support that you have found healing in your grief, as well:

Living with Grief Resources:

Thank you, and see you tomorrow.
